Duties
In this role, you will:
Schedule and manage executive calendars to optimize time and prevent conflicts.
Coordinate and schedule division meetings, including venue selection and sending invites.
Develop agendas for division meetings
Input data into project tracking systems.
Draft meeting notes, as directed.
Draft and format memorandums and correspondence.
Assist Division in tracking project schedules.
Operate and maintain office automation equipment.
Requirements

Qualifications
Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-6 (ZS-III at NIST) level. Specialized experience is defined as experience:
Managing and coordinating executive-level calendars, ensuring optimized scheduling and conflict resolution;
Drafting, formatting, and editing official memorandums, correspondence, and presentations for executive-level staff; and
Providing administrative support for the execution of projects
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done. We will credit all qualifying volunteer experience in your application.
