Duties
You will plan and performing a variety of administrative and program management functions.
You will provide or ensure such services as case and records management, property management, budget-accounts tracking, timekeeping, transportation and employee travel.
You will identify, compile, extract, interpret, integrate, evaluate and apply information from a wide variety of sources.
You will prepare administrative/program guidance, reports, letters, memos and forms, and reviewing these types of documents.
You will perform management and measurement assignments, report findings, draw conclusions, and solve an array of administrative and management/program analysis problems.
Requirements

Qualifications
FOR GS-05 Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience or one year which was equivalent t to at least a GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service. OR a 4- year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree
FOR GS-07 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialize experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Providing administrative support which includes office budgeting, property management, arranging travel, data processing and files management, time and attendance issues, providing support with report writing and submitting entries into databases.
