Duties
You will serve as an expert on Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity program in accordance with (IAW) EEO Commission (EEOC) and departmental regulations and guidelines.
You will assist the supervisor in EEO functions ensuring legal compliance with EEO laws, regulations, policies and programs, diversity, affirmative employment, special programs and reasonable accommodations.
You will assure consistency and coordinate policy implementation under the general administrative direction from the HQ leadership.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: administering or evaluating an Equal Employment Opportunity program to ensure organization complies with EEOC laws, regulations, policies and procedures to make technical recommendations for managerial decision-making.
