This position will be assigned to the JBSA Randolph Golf Course.
This a flexible category position and is guaranteed 00 hours per week, may work up to 40 hours per week. Employees appointed to a flexible category position are not eligible for benefits.
Duties
Employee is responsible for the cleanliness and availability of all golf carts, range balls, and rental clubs during assigned shift. Minor repairs to equipment are repaired for operational effectiveness. May operate a government vehicle to include light truck, sedan, golf cart etc. Employee will ensure carts are readily available at the pro shop staging area for customers. Washes carts and parks them back in the cart barn to charge at the end of the day. Employee harvests driving range balls from the driving range, washes the balls, and loads the ball machine. Ensures that trash cans outside the clubhouse are emptied.

Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
- This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations.
- This position is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject to pre-employment drug testing as a condition of employment, and participation in random drug testing. Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Legal U.S. Resident for a minimum of 3 years and must reside in/around the area as noted in the Job Opportunity Announcement.

Qualifying Experience:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1) Ability to provide customer service.
2) Knowledge of golf operations.
3) Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
