The position is a Realty Specialist in the Technical Space Acquisition Branch, AAQ-940. Position is to support BIL.

Duties

As a senior Realty Specialist, the incumbent will apply all agency requirements including laws, regulations, the Acquisition Management System (AMS), applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other directives. The incumbent will provide comprehensive advice and guidance to develop new and innovative approaches, methodologies, and techniques for highly complex and challenging activities.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
  • Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience may include but not limited to: Experience administering real estate products and services such as real property acquisitions, real estate management and/or disposal of real estate contracts and preparing reviews of real property appraisals.Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement.Please ensure you answer all questions and follow all instructions carefully.
