The position is telework eligible consistent with the Agency’s telework and remote work program policy.This position is located in Office of Finance and Operations, Executive Resources Team. The incumbent serves as a Human Resources Specialist responsible for functions relating to developing and implementing policies with regards to the Executive Services Program.

We encourage you to read this entire vacancy announcement prior to submitting your application.As a Human Resources Specialist (Executive Resources), GS-0201-14, you will be responsible for:• Carrying out complex studies and projects in Human Resources Management function relating to Senior Executives and Schedule C employees. • Developing, modifying, and maintaining Senior Executive Service (SES) office programs and projects. • Reviewing proposed legislation to SES programs and recommends proposed changes to policy.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification RequirementsYou may meet the minimum qualifications for the GS-14, if you possess the specialize experience.Specialized Experience for the GS-14One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-13 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments:1. Experience with executive resources programs such as position classification, staffing and recruitment, or performance management.2. Experience in providing guidance on human resources policies, regulations, or procedures.3. Experience in developing Human Resources policies or guidance to support an executive resources program.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) The quality of your experience will be measured by the extent to which you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs). You do not need to provide separate narrative responses to these KSAs, as they will be measured by your responses to the occupational questionnaire (you may preview the occupational questionnaire by clicking the link at the end of the Evaluations section of this vacancy announcement).1. Knowledge of the concepts, principles, laws, and regulations pertaining to the SES.2. Ability to develop and implement policies with respect to SES programs and issues.3. Ability to analyze proposed policy changes and prepare recommendations.
