This position is located in Division of Depositor and Consumer Protection (DCP), Technology Enterprise and Consumer Harm Risk and Innovation (TECH) and is responsible for the administration and performance of duties related to service providers identified as Compliance Related Service Providers (CRSPs).
The duty location is determined upon selection.

Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Additional qualifications information can be found here.
Must be commissioned as an examiner (Consumer Compliance) or the equivalent.
To qualify at the CG-14 level: applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CG-13 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as:
Experience examining technology used in the financial services industry and/or reviews of service providers; providing advice and guidance to staff on compliance examinations and/or service provider reviews; and evaluating financial institutions’ and/or service providers’ compliance programs.
To qualify at the CG-15 level: applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CG-14 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as:
Experience leading the examination of technology used in the financial services industry and/or leading the review of service providers; providing leadership, advice and guidance to staff on compliance examinations and/or service provider reviews; and evaluating financial institutions’ and/or service providers’ compliance programs.
