You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT in the Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka Site Marianas Department of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR YOKOSUKA.
Duties
You will establish and maintain administrative report files, special project files, special studies, manuals, publications, instructions, notices, and
policies/directives.
You will research files to gather all pertinent back-up reports, correspondence and memorandums on given subjects.
You will review existing directives and check with originating office to determine if they are still necessary, current, or can be consolidated.
You will establish internal controls over incoming correspondence requiring reply and compile and finalize various reports as required.
You will be the Site and Departmental point of contact regarding Navy Electronic Records Program (N-ERP) and is an alternate timekeeper for all
departmental personnel timekeeping

- This position may require travel to places within and outside the contiguous United States which could include remote or isolated sites. You may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-6 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in 1) Establishing and maintaining administrative report files, special project files, special studies, manuals, publications, instructions, notices, and policies/directives. 2) Researching files to gather back-up reports, correspondence and memorandums. 3) Arranging reference material in subject or chronological order. 4) Gathering information, data, and statistics, and developing reports, charts, memo, listings. 5) Establishing internal controls over incoming correspondence.
