Qualifications

What are we looking for?Three years experience that demonstrates responsible administrative, professional, and technical work involving recreation operations.  One year supervisory experience. Knowledge of boating, and the use of related equipment is preferred.  Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in recreation or related field leading to a bachelor's degree, from an accredited college or university is preferred. Must be able to obtain an NC Boater Education Certificate within 3 months of employment.  Required to obtain either an American Red Cross CPR and First Aid certification or the Wilderness First Responder Certification within 3 months of employment.  Must be able to pass basic sailing certification within the first 12 months of employment.  Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
