Qualifications

What are we looking for? A minimum of three years experience in planning, organizing, and administering in a fitness related field, one year having been in a supervisory level preferred. A degree from an accredited college/university in Fitness or a related field is preferred. First Aid, Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and CPR certification is required within 6 months of employment. Must have ability to supervise, deal effectively with subordinates, management officials and patrons, and to communicate both orally and in writing.
