This position is in the Office of Planning, Evaluation and Policy Development, Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO), Analytics and Infrastructure Division (AID). The office of OCDO is responsible for managing and improving the Department’s ability to leverage data as a strategic asset.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification Requirements:You may meet the minimum qualifications for the GS-11, if you possess the specialize experience, education, or a combination of the two.Specialized Experience for the GS-11:
One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-09 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments:
1. Experience applying strategic analysis to suggest improvements in programs, projects, and processes.2. Experience analyzing business input, factual information, and statistical data to conduct analyses, build dashboards and compile reports.3. Experience working and communicating with integrative teams and preparing comprehensive reports and documentation.

OR
A combination of both education and experience in which the total percentages must equal at least 100 percent to qualify an applicant for that grade level.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Specialized Experience for the GS-12:
One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-11 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments:
1. Experience applying strategic or operational analysis to manage and improve programs, projects, and processes.2. Experience analyzing business input from multiple stakeholders, factual information, and large-scale statistical data to build dashboards, statistical models and solve complex problems based on statistical data. 3. Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups, navigate competing perspectives and priorities, and prepare comprehensive reports and documentation.

You may meet the minimum qualifications of this position by meeting the following education options.
(GS-11)
Ph.D. OR
equivalent doctoral degree OR
3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related
OR
A combination of specialized experience and education that when taken as a percentage of the required education and experience total 100% or more.
