About the Position: Serves as project manager or action officer for specific projects, including but not limited to origination of and replies to correspondence, document preparation, processing finalization, together with required coordination with other branches of the Division or other District elements. Maintains up-to-date record of actions taken or pending in project folder and electronic databases.

Duties

Obtains leases of real property required within the civil and military boundaries of the Omaha District. Prepares documentation and coordinates with GSA for lease of Government controlled space. Ensures Lessor's compliance with contractual obligations without jeopardizing Agency's public image. Conducts negotiations for the acquisition of real estate for civil and military projects within the boundaries of the Omaha District.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year by 18. Add the two percentages.
