You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the Facilities Management Division of MARINE CORPS AIR STATION YUMA.
Duties
You will be responsible for planning, scheduling and carrying out analysis, execution and evaluation of facilities management programs involving operations, maintenance, repair, energy conservation and construction.
You will develop administrative and operating policy and procedures for facility managers.
You will be responsible for energy and utilities conservation programs, providing technical analysis and resolution of problems associated with energy conservation in the full range of utility systems.
You will review and assign all MAXIMO request for packaging the associated scoping and estimating documentation for the Work Induction Board (WIB).
You will coordinate with both engineering and non-engineering professional with the Public Works department and other locations to include representatives from the utility companies and NAVFAC in the performance/evaluation of projects.
You will coordinate financial planning, short and long-range budget estimates and the supplementation and allocation of resources.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing comprehensive facilities management including inspection, maintenance, repair, project development, design, and construction of facilities, including utilities for a major organization; leading mutli-disciplinary teams; providing advisory and consulting services to recommend unique solutions to problems; and planning/monitoring multi-faceted facilities projects.
