About the Position: Performs variety of systematized supply technician functions for the Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE), involving inventory control, storage, cataloging, requisitioning, and hand receipt monitoring. Supervises the maintenance of all separate hand receipts for installation, furnishings, and medical property and provides necessary office automation support.

Duties

Supervise maintenance of all separate hand receipts for installation, furnishings, and medical property. Requisition expendable, durable, and non-expendable supplies, materials, and equipment through appropriate agencies. Perform monthly credit card reconciliation with the issuing bank and the financial reconciliation of the monthly credit card statement. Reviews excess supplies, materials, and equipment messages disseminated by the United States Army Medical Materiel Agency Operate a government motor vehicle and load cargo in such a way as to provide the best support and to prevent items from shifting or falling.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes providing support to daily supply operations such as inventory control, requisition, receipt, storage, issue, and hand receipt monitoring; serving as government credit card holder with authority to purchase supplies, equipment, or services; operating a personal computer using various software or programs such as logistics inquiry systems to copy, type, and edit documents and reports; and tracking and reporting all incoming supplies or equipment. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-04). OR Education: Four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of education beyond two years (total semester hours minus 60) by 60.
