About the Position: You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst responsible for analyzing tenant problems and requests in support of assigned areas; manage and integrate all aspects of assigned projects; serve as an advisor to project/technical personnel in contract planning and administration and direct the planning and accomplishment of organizational relocations in government owned and leased facilities.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes work that involves applying advanced analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to integrate project execution; understand budgetary and financial management principles and techniques as they relate to long range planning of programs and objectives; apply a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods for assessing and improving program effectiveness or management processes.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
