About the Position: This position is located at the Blue Grass Army Depot, in Richmond Kentucky.
Duties
Function as a technical expert in the design and construction of Electronic Security Systems for Blue Grass Army Depot.
Ensure project designs for conformance to established design techniques and standards.
Provide technical advice and guidance to Blue Grass Army Depot stakeholders pertaining to Electrical Engineering projects.
Review engineering design submittals and cost analysis for Department of Defense and Civil projects.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance for the duration.
- This position requires TDY of up to 10%.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) solving engineering problems for Electronic Security Systems; 2) reviewing Electronic Security Systems for compliance with regulatory guidance; 3) consulting on all stages of Electronic Security Systems implementation for large scale projects; and 4) developing reports for stakeholders pertaining to Electronic Security System designs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
