Duties

Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas. Serve prepared foods, such as muffins, biscotti, or bagels. Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions. Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products. Receive and process customer payments.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Attend Team Member Orientation within 30 days of employment.
• This is a flexible position that there are no guaranteed hours. Must be willing to serve in a continuing position on a scheduled or as needed basis.

Qualifications

No experience required: Best Qualified: 1. Six (6) months working experience as a barista at a coffee shop. OR 2. Six (6) months working experience in the following: customer service and working at a restaurant and cash handling.
