Duties
You will advise senior leadership regarding human performance issues that impact readiness of active duty personnel.
You will perform individual evaluations and assessments and analyzes assessment results and provides appropriate feedback and intervention recommendations.
You will maintain an accurate inventory of all local human performance equipment and supplies as well as the planning and submission of annual budget requests.
You will collaborate with the NSWG4 HPP manager in the development and implementation, to include instruction of course curriculum for the NSWG4 Force Development Course.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to successfully complete the following training courses within prescribed timeframe: Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and
Privacy Act Training within 60 days of hire.
Qualifications
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: administering health and movement screening and fitness assessments, exercise prescriptions, and progressive individual rehabilitation programs.

A Bachelor's or Graduate/higher level degree: major study in an academic field related to the medical field, health sciences or allied sciences appropriate to the work of the position. This degree must be from an educational program from an accrediting body recognized by the
