This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Office of Communications and Public Liaison in Washington, DC. Manages complex and major updates to SBA.gov, produces reports on metrics, plans and implements major digital projects while identifying and implementing new web strategies.
Duties
Monitors Web Support request box and works with contractor team to prioritize requests and implement updates to SBA.gov.
Reviews and updates Web content for various programmatic content areas. Makes recommendations and implements recommended approaches using the Drupal Content Management System.
Evaluates Web statistics, analyzes trends and compiles reports that include recommendations for site updates, tools, and strategies.
Applies high-level project management techniques and best practices to the planning, development and implementation of SBA's Web content development and communications projects.
Facilitates individual and group communications with diverse staff members and contractors and takes the lead on managing project-related meetings and follow-up conversations. Works closely with contractor and OCIO content and development teams.

Qualifications
GS-13: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: experience in a communications or marketing department of digital content including Web content, Web design and/or Web tools developed for the agency's primary website, using Drupal content management system (CMS) and Agile project management methodologies; and develops communications standards, requirements and guidelines related to digital and Website content; and thorough understanding of Federal government website standards, policies and requirements pertaining to digital transformation and customer service, 508 accessibility, language translation and branding. This must be clearly reference on your resume.
