This position is located in the Corporate University, Headquarters Office located in Washington, DC, of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and provides learning program technical support and management in the areas of learning technology, analysis/reporting, and website management.

Duties
- Provides Corporate University (CU) staff with technical guidance and recommendations in classroom technology, including audience response systems, videos, and audio media. Initiates and manages the implementation of technologies to support greater interactivity in the classroom and/or via distance learning.
Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the grade 12 level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience in providing technical recommendations for operational efficiency, leveraging data analytics/reporting, using low code/no-code development platforms to address business requirements and challenges, and administering an enterprise-wide content management platform.
