Duties
Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to streamline business processes in the new IT solution for enhanced efficiency and transparency.
Perform management studies to enhance ROTC cadet enrollment policies.
Collaborate with staff to develop and integrate new IT systems and processes.
Provide statistical data on ROTC cadet qualification waivers and disenrollment.
Present impact statements to guide management decisions.
Provide recommendation regarding programmed accession deficiencies.
Conduct reviews of operations and studies dealing with officer accessions processes.
Train users on automation systems and new procedures.
Track production levels and assign tasks.
Recommend solutions for employee grievances and issues.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed Secret background investigation.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 60% of the time.
- Term employment is subject to a one-year trial period.
- Regular and recurring scheduled and unscheduled overtime.
- Tour of duty 0800-1700 daily.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
