This position is located in Castillo De San Marcos National Monument, in the Division of Maintenance.

Duties
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will perform the following duties:
Performs trade practices associated with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, cement work, painting, and other related trades.
Creates Statements of Work and Independent Government Cost Estimates for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, cement work, painting, and other related trades.
Creates and updates work orders and projects in the Facilities Management Software System (FMSS) and Project Management Information System (PMIS), as well as various other software systems as required.
Operates tractors, mowers, and various landscaping hand tools.
Operates a forklift to load and unload supplies and light equipment.
Performs routine maintenance at different sites and visitor's facilities, to include cleaning restrooms.
