About the Position: This is a permanent position located with the US Army Central G8 Financial Management Accounts Policies and Systems, Shaw AFB SC.
Duties
Provide technical advice on matters concerning funding structure availability, resource management, and organization planning.
Provide analysis of interrelated issues contained in several different computer systems (C2IE, FORCES, GFEBS, SIPR, JWICS).
Serve as a resourcing Program Analyst in the G8 Directorate, United States Army Central (USARCENT), responsible for planning, development, presentation, analysis, and defense of a wide range of resourcing requirements.
Develop and present oral and written briefings to senior leaders, concerning operational and strategic planning matters.
Participate in Timed Phased Development (TFPD) conferences to ensure the flow of financial management units in support of operational plans.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) applying analytical techniques to evaluate resource management programs and operational effectiveness, efficiency, or productivity; 2) providing recommendations to management; and 3) managing and administering complex or sensitive agreement issues or problem areas.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of the work performed at the next lower level (GS-11).
