About the Position: The position is located in an office with some travel between bases and outside environment when unloading/loading equipment. The hours of work are 40 per week. The employee can expect to achieve and maintain an accurate database for all Command owned equipment.

Duties

Manage supply transactions. Determine alternate sources of supply. Accomplish a variety of reports, summaries, and other correspondence. Generate documentation for supply audits and reports. Manage a large variety of specialized items. Receive and inspect equipment to determine condition. Prepare training and presentations regarding property management procedures. Provide briefs regarding investigation of loss, damage or destruction of property.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. This position requires a National Agency Check w/ Inquiries (NACI) background check.
• This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination.
• This position has a mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination requirement and is subject to annual vaccination. A candidate selected to this position will be required to sign a statement consenting to annual seasonal influenza vaccination.
• Employees assigned to a medical treatment facility are required to be screened for applicable immunizations or pre-existing immunity based on occupational risk, regardless of job series.
• This position is subject to screening and update of required immunizations unless exempted for medical or administrative reasons in accordance with Army Regulation 40-562, Chapters 3 and 4.
• This position has been designated "Mission Essential". In the event of severe weather conditions or other such emergency type situations the incumbent is required to report to work or remain at work as scheduled to support mission operations.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 2% of the time.
