Duties
MAJOR DUTIES: Manages a comprehensive retail inventory management program within MCCS SC Business Operations Division to maximize sales and profitability of the business units within the Division. Reports to the Business Operations Director. Executes and communicates Corporate and local programs to manage on-hand integrity, inclusive of cycle counts, Retail Inventory Management Application (RIMA), and executing inventory adjustments with proper research and justification. May provide oversight for store replenishment team. Provides recommendations to store management on areas of opportunity and implementation of internal controls and loss prevention initiatives in the area of inventory management. Assists with backroom operations to ensure meeting of enterprise standards.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in a field related to the work of the position OR an appropriate combination of education and experience OR Three (3) years of practical experience showcasing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Business Accounting knowledge and intermediate level expertise in Excel or equivalent software program required. Advanced Excel proficiency preferred. Ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data
