You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the MANPOWER DIVISION of MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS BASE.
Duties
You will monitors employee attendance, reviews, approves, and disapproves leave request, including overtime and travel.
You will develops employee performance standards and conducts the employee annual evaluation.
You will recommend selection of candidates to fill subordinate civilian positions.
You will make recommendations on non-routine or controversial personnel issues, administrative procedures and requirements related to employees of the unit.
You will provide authoritative advice/guidance to subordinate and tenant command on civilian and manpower and personnel issues.
You will plan and implement objectives, policies, procedures, or pertinent regulatory requirements affecting manpower and staffing programs.
You will utilizing expertise of pertinent laws, regulations, policies and precedents to affect the use of program and related support resources.
You will analyzing and resolving the major issues, program goals and objectives, work processes, and administrative operations of the organization.
You will Plan, schedule, and conduct projects and studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
- You must be willing and able to accept a temporary promotion not to exceed one year.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning and implementing objectives, policies, procedures, or pertinent regulatory requirements affecting manpower and staffing programs; providing oversight for the development, analysis, evaluation, advice, and improvement of position management, manpower utilization, and distribution of work assignments, management controls, record keeping and other managerial functions
