Duties

You will collect and analyze factual workload data to support work measurement determinations You will develop and recommend methods and procedures to improve workflow, document processes, and eliminate unnecessary tasks. You will assist managers/supervisors in writing position descriptions within the Maintenance Center. You will act as liaison with the HRO on problems of classification, recruitment, placement, promotion, reorganization, realignment of functions. You will develop specifications and reproduction methods for preparing and producing forms. You will establish and coordinate installation wide postal/mail programs, policy, priorities, and procedures.

Education

In lieu of specialized experience listed in the Qualifications section, applicants may qualify for the position based on education. Education obtained must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. To qualify based on education, applicant must possess:

master's or equivalent graduate degree

or

2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

or

LL.B. or J.D., if related
