This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Office of Field Operations - HQ in Washington, DC. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the efficient and effective coordination and accomplishment of the planning, scoping, development, construction, and direction of OFO projects, including joint projects between OFO and other program offices in support of new Agency objectives and then continuing these projects for successful ongoing operations.
Requirements
- You must be a U.S. Citizen.
- You must be a current SBA employees serving under competitive, permanent appointment or Current SBA employees serving under temporary appointments with 30% DV and Schedule A eligibility.
- You must successfully complete a background investigation.
- You may be required to serve a one-year probationary period.
Qualifications
Specialized Experience for GS-14: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector:
Developing project work plans including explanations of the business needs for the projects, the project milestone schedule, dependencies, stakeholders and beneficiaries, risks and risk mitigation strategies, project metrics, and other administrative project information;
Providing guidance and support for operations and activities of the organization; and/or developing and executing communication plans to internal and external stakeholders for organization projects and programs.
Developing solutions to resolve program issues or changing requirements.
