About the Position: This position is located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, TX.

Duties

Coordinates with personnel at all levels throughout the MTF on the effective alignment of staff. Updates assignment of civilian and military positions to validate the record is complete in the manhour tracking system. Conducts research and contacts management and support staff within the organization to obtain source data supporting HR and/or Manpower data entry into the manhour tracking system. Coordinates with Human Resources Division (HRD) concerning projected losses to ensure accurate accounting of personnel out-processing, Leave Without Pay (LWOP) status reports, and Gains Reports for military, civilian, and contracting personnel. Updates additional personnel HR data as changes occur, such as occupational code, skill type, address, and/or contact information. Validates the strength accounting on the PCR to ensure it equals the organizations position assignments, such as the Unit Manning Document (UMD).

OR Superior Academic Achievement: Successful completion of all the requirements for a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. In order to be creditable under this provision, Superior Academic Achievement must have been gained in a curriculum that is qualifying for the position to be filled. OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Business Management, Business Administration, Management Analysis. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
