As a Building Manager, you will serve s a Senior Property Manager and provide leadership, technical guidance, general administration and policy direction. Location of position: Public Buildings Service, Manhattan Service Center, Federal Plaza Field Office

As a Building Manager, your duties will include:

- US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)
- Meet all eligibility criteria within 30 days of the closing date
- Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable
- Register with the Selective Service if you are a male born after 12/31/1959
- Have a valid driver's license

The GS-14 salary range starts at $143,559 per year. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as: Experience providing leadership in planning, executing, evaluating, overseeing, and/or administering a large, multi-faceted real property program (i.e., Building/Facilities Operations and Maintenance, procurement and Federal funding, Energy Management, Safety and Environmental Management, Custodial Services, Lease Management and Business Metrics). Such experience must have prepared the applicant to lead a business line function and supervise associates in implementing the vision, mission, and goals of an agency/organization.
