Duties
You will provide assistance on selected aspects of mobilization, contingency, emergency planning, and operations for the Command and installation.
You will serve as an Assistant Operations Officer during Emergency Operations Center (EOC) activations in support of mobilization, emergency and contingency operations.
You will assist in the development of selected command/installation, mobilization/deployment plans and procedures.
You will maintain specialized automated databases, including emergency support software to track taskings, responses, availability and utilization of emergency resources.
You will train and direct Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) administrative/technical support personnel during SRP activations.
You will utilize specialized SRP computer systems such as eMILPO, DARTS, Lightning Readiness and related personnel support programs.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Incumbent will be required to conduct soldier readiness processing and/or to man emergency operation centers during deployment readiness
exercises or other exercises or emergencies which require employees to be present for duty.
- This position is subject to overtime to include recall after normal duty hours.
- Incumbent of this position must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
- Position is designated KEY and shall not be vacated during a national emergency or mobilization. Must NOT be filled by a Ready Reservist or military retiree (subject to recall).

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting in the validation of personnel records to support Soldier/unit Readiness utilizing various computer programs.
