Duties
You will coordinate daily activities of facilities operations (e.g., planning, requirement development, acceptance, assignment, maintenance) to support mission requirements.
You will assign tasks and priorities for employees to accomplish a facility department's business goals.
You will coordinate with organization and public works business lines to develop facility maintenance planning and execution strategies.
You will implement plans to resolve organizational differences involving facility procedures, priorities, space, and equipment requirements.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Coordinating and partnering with customers to identify and prioritize all facility and utility requirements, including the development, planning, scheduling, acquisition, budget expenditures, execution and oversight of all real property sustainment, restoration and modernization (SRM) work and facilities services;
Receiving and developing work requirements from customers;
Authorizing the initiation of work projects, support acquisition planning, balance workload with available resources, and performance management/measurement of work order execution and schedules;
Using automated systems and authoritative databases to review facility information and manage facility maintenance and repair plans; and
Coordinating maintenance inspection programs and infrastructure condition assessment program(s).
