Duties
You will determine the adequacy of building services, furnishings, fixtures and schedule improvements.
You will advise local program participants on administrative practices to inform them of resident relations, occupancy, and maintenance matters.
You will address family housing issues in order to implement action as appropriate.
You will review all written internal policies and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency with higher level directives.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Negotiates with housing residents and management for a successful resolution of facility problems; 2) Develops, analyzes and evaluates facts relative to housing conditions; 3) Evaluates adequacy of housing eligibility and assignment of housing. Education
Graduate education providing the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the work of the position may be substituted for specialized experience as follows:
Successful completion of 1 full year of graduate level education
OR
Successful completion of a bachelor degree with superior academic achievement
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience
