This position is with the Small Business Administration, Citrus Heights 7a Loan Guaranty Processing Center in Citrus Heights, California. Incumbent functions as the center's expert IT Specialist and management advisor for the use of technology to improve efficiency of center operations and effectiveness of program areas.

GS-13 BASIC REQUIREMENTS This position requires that you have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies as noted below. This experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate. AND MINIMUM/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience (equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service) obtained in either the private or public sector: 1) Performing the duties gained in the IT field through the performance of work where the primary concern is developing software applications for web-based platforms; AND 2) Developing automated processes and procedures for gathering and analyzing data, configuring automated production and metrics reports; AND 3) Developing and conducting IT training in an office environment.
