This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command.
It is in the Professional Work Category at the Full Performance Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA HC/HOSTING AND COMPUTE CENTER.
Duties
Prepares detailed written or oral reports on findings from review and analysis of projects and programs to include narrative and/or graphs, charts, and other exhibits as required to explain the status of the program.
Assures proper coordination of project status and other reports.
Continually analyzes processes and develops goals, objectives, tools, and procedures for creating improved processes and products.
Reviews proposed actions and recommendations for accuracy, responsiveness, clarity, and impact on both short and long term directorate strategies.
Identifies the most appropriate means to disseminate information and how best to communicate effectively with various internal and external contacts.
Serves as point of contact for organizational initiatives, such as e-portal content and customer surveys. Researches and provides analysis and coordination in support of various recognition program initiatives.
Recommends strategies for meeting program requirements. Determines methods for measuring progress against planned objectives and actions. Develops conference agendas, meeting strategy and design, and presentations.

Qualifications
In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below.
Qualifying Experience:
To qualify at the GG-12, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service.
For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Experience with data analysis requirements; collecting and analyzing data/information; developing and maintaining effective office systems; reviews and addressing substantive issues impacting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs.
