About the Position: The employee serves as the Template Technician for the medical treatment facility (MTF), Department of Resource Management at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Liberty, North Carolina.

Duties

Serve as template and schedule creator in the Composite Health Care System (CHCS) for the Hospital, including all primary, specialty and ancillary health care clinics and providers. Review access to care data in order to recognize and applying accepted analytical techniques. Monitor supply of and demand for health care services and develops plans to adapt or refine scheduling processes in order to meet or exceed demand.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Position is weather essential. Employee may be required to report to work during periods of inclement weather.
  • A favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) may be required for this position.
  • This position may be required to work evenings/nights, on-call, rotating shifts, extended hours, weekends, holidays and or other schedules common to hospital operations.
