This position is located in Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Human Resources Office, Office of Administration. Serves as a Program Manager in the Human Resources Office, Office of Administration, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience requirements.To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include:
Experience leading recruitment services for an organization.
Experience applying different recruitment strategies to maximize hiring results.
Experience managing a civilian recruitment program in a private or government sector.
