This position is located in Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Human Resources Office, Office of Administration. Serves as a Program Manager in the Human Resources Office, Office of Administration, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

Qualifications

To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience requirements.To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include: Experience leading recruitment services for an organization. Experience applying different recruitment strategies to maximize hiring results. Experience managing a civilian recruitment program in a private or government sector. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: Customer Service - Anticipates and meets the needs of both internal and external customers. Delivers high-quality products and services; is committed to continuous improvement. Personnel and Human Resources - Knowledge of one or more of the following areas: recruitment classification, benefits, labor relations, negotiation, and Federal, state, and local employment regulations. Resilience - Deals effectively with pressure; remains optimistic and persistent, even under adversity. Recovers quickly from setbacks. Teamwork - Encourages and facilitates cooperation, pride, trust, and group identity; fosters commitment and team spirit; works with others to achieve goals. Communications and Media - Knowledge of the production, communication and dissemination of information and ideas to inform via written, oral, and visual media.
