This position is for a Data Analytics Specialist (Title 5), PD T5879000 and is part of the USPFO located in Draper UT, with the Utah National Guard.
Priority will be given to all current, onboard employees of the UTNG.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Have experience, education, or training which provided a general knowledge of principles of organization, management, and administration. Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE GS 11:
1 year of specialized experience at GS-0301-09 *Must submit SF50*
OR do have at least 36 months experience in program or managerial experience in a type of work or a combination of functions directly related to the position to be filled or in comparable work or functions. Experience developing and recommending policy; organizing and carrying out specific programs, evaluating and recommending changes in methods of operations. Experience in supervisory, staff or technical work which included study, analysis or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of managerial or administrative policies, practices and procedures. Experience preparing written communications and oral presentations.

1 year at the GS-0301-11 level. *provide SF-50 to support*.

Substitution of Education for Specialized Experience GS-11: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.
