Duties

Serves as Property Manager and Property Book Officer for NAF property in DFMWR and other Non-appropriated Fund Activities on the Installation. Oversees and supervises subordinates engages in requisition, receipt, issue, turn-in, storage, ad pick-up service for Non-appropriated Fund supplies and equipment. Develops short-term and long-term plans for in-house maintenance programs on facilities and equipment. Assists and acts in advisory capacity in the development of renovations and improvement with DFMWR-NAF activity/organizations chiefs, and with ither specialist and technicians. Prepares NAF budgets and is responsible for petty cash transactions and accountability. Establishes internal control for the proper safeguarding of funds and property.
