This position is located at National Security Agency (NSA) Civilian Welfare Fund (CWF), Fort Meade, Maryland. NSA Requirements: Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain access to National Security Agency facilities and networks. Incumbent may be subject to polygraph testing and must meet NSA personnel security requirements as outlined in NSA/CSS Policy.

Duties

Coordinates the initial and long-term planning for the maintenance of all material and equipment utilized by the installation. Ensures the program performs within budgetary constraints with purchases, repair parts and supplies. Coordinates appropriate course of actions for repairs. Administers and coordinates preventive and on-demand maintenance contracts. Receives, interprets, initiates, and processes maintenance requests for repairs or services. Prepares reports and summaries of maintenance activities and maintenance contracts to assist management in formulating maintenance estimates, plans, and budgets.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain access to National Security Agency facilities and networks. Incumbent may be subject to polygraph testing and must meet NSA personnel security requirements as outlined in NSA/CSS Policy.
• Appointment is subject to successful completion and ability to maintain a favorable Top Secret (T5)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) and/or polygraph examination to determine suitability for this position.
• Appointment is subject to successful completion and favorable results of fingerprints, Installation Record Checks, and a Credit Check to determine suitability for this position.
• Test Designated Position: In accordance with NSA Policy and Executive Order 12564 this position is subject to random drug testing as a condition of employment.
• Appointment is subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment check(s) and security forms for NSA.
• Must be a United States (US) Citizen.
• Appointment subject to satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3 to include a T1 background investigation.
• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one-year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Experience that demonstrates the knowledge, methods, and procedures required to manage and perform the multiple functions of the position (maintenance administration, equipment repair services).
