You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST within IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will supervise a multi-disciplined group of professionals.
You will analyze and manage funding for contractor support and external studies.
You will develop and refine the Navy's Force Protection, Public Safety and Mission Assurance strategies, including goals and metrics.
You will provide oversight for the preparation and submittal of budgets.
You will build and maintain strong working relationships with Resource Sponsors, Subject Matter Experts, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following
Utilizing concepts, principles, and practices of Cybersecurity, Force Protection, and Public Safety program compliance.
Evaluating impacts of federal and state laws/regulations on Navy installations and Navy facilities.
Understanding of DoD PPBE processes and POM cycles.
Conducting comprehensive assessments that provide quantitative and qualitative metrics illustrating Navy's progress in the areas of Cybersecurity, Force Protection, and Public Safety.
