You will serve as a FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the Commander, Carrier Strike Group Fifteen, N4 Logistics Department of COMMANDER THIRD FLEET.
Duties
You will help coordinate the development of facility maintenance in the planning, design, renovation, construction, alteration, operation, maintenance, and repair buildings.
You will establish priorities and determine the available resources to develop tasks.
You will perform analytical studies and projects that relate to facilities management improvement, management control, and long-range planning.
You will conduct preventive maintenance of facilities in compliance with inspection protocols.
You will advise on the repair and maintenance of facility projects.
You will determine products and services needed to carry out facility management functions to ensure mission objectives are met.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector determining appropriate facility maintenance procedures for aging systems and facilities to address any maintenance items identified to ensure the efficiency of facility operations.
