This position will serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist for NNSA's Human Resources, Executive Resources Division, managing and implementing the full range of human resources services in the functional areas of personnel staffing, recruitment, classification and position management; pay administration, performance and awards management; and providing organizational consultation for NNSA's Executive Service, SL/ST and political appointees.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA Demonstration Project pay band or GS grade level in the Federal service, i.e., NQ-03/NN-04 or GS-14.
Specialized experience for this position is defined as: directing, administering, or managing the delivery of human resource management programs and services for Senior Executive Service (SES), Senior Level (SL), and Scientific/Professional (ST) positions within the federal government; serving as a technical expert on the full range of federal senior executive human resources management; ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations; analyzing SES human resources programs; developing, interpreting, and advising senior management on SES human resources policies and administration; providing substantive input to the strategic planning of executive resources for an organization; and planning/directing the work of subordinate staff to accomplish organizational objectives.
"Experience" refers to paid and unpaid experience. Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
