About the Position: This position is located in the Material Management Department, Directorate (MMD) for Administration, Naval Health Clinic Quantico (NHCQ), Virginia The incumbent will function as the lead supply technician for the department and is the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) Systems Administrator (SA) for work involving manual or automated supply/logistics systems and is responsible for Prime Vendor (PV), ECAT, and DMLSS catalog management.

Duties

Serve as work leader over l civilian and 2 military supply technicians. Responsible for the daily workload distribution. Responsible for the purchase of all medical supplies and equipment Assist management in formulating policies, and developing and implementing strategies and management guidelines that will impact the efficient and effective utilizations of all supply support systems. Responsible for development and presentation of supply/logistics training programs.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Tier 3 security investigation or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
• This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health and ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position.
• This position has been designated Mission Essential. In the event of severe weather conditions or other such emergency type situations the incumbent is required to report to work or remain at work as scheduled to support mission operations.
• This position has a requirement to lift up to 45 lbs. in the regular performance of duties.
• One year supervisory probationary period may be required.

To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond one year (total semester hours minus 18) by 9. Add the two percentages.
