This National Guard position is for a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST, Position Description Number D0891P01 and is part of the PA United States Property and Fiscal Office, National Guard.

Duties
As a Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst, GS-2003-09, you will perform a full range of supervisory duties. Review, analyze, and interpret supply directives and procedures. Is responsible for branch office logistical support program to ensure units/activities receive guidance and assistance required to correct problems and deficiencies. Analyze results of property book reconciliations to determine if systemic problems exist. Coordinate with Army Material Command (AMC), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and National Guard Bureau (NGB) program managers to effect receipt of required equipment to support readiness objectives. Coordinate system administration for the property management branch to include STAMIS security, software and hardware changes. Perform other related duties as assigned.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training which has provided the applicant with a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field. Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Application must indicate at least 24 months experience, education, or training dealing with cost estimates, budgets or funding management. Experience conducting extensive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support. Experiencein managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE: Length of time is not of itself qualifying.
