Duties
You will meet with primary public works / Solid Waste Services staff to discuss contract requirements, policies and performance standards.
You will examine incoming mail and refers to the supervisor or appropriate staff member.
You will plan, coordinate, and organize work efforts by influencing and/or motivating individuals to meet mission objectives.
You will monitor operational reports to identify trends.
You will maintain administrative directives to confirm current materials are retained.
You will brief changes in processes, programs, or work operations to senior leaders.
You will present project status to senior leadership in response to their inquiries.
You will review technical support program data (e.g., budget execution, office training, directives, publications, correspondence) to verify compliance with regulations
You will collaborate with personnel (e.g., administrative, military, technical, contractors) to obtain resources for management or program support.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Provide established methods, practices, and procedures to identify studies and recommend solutions; evaluate and organize workflow to improve operational procedures (e.g. staff, equipment, resources); and meet with contractors for reviews, budget, and deficiencies.
