You will serve as a SUPERVISORY RECORDS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT, ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIVISION, RECORDS MANAGEMENT BRANCH of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER.

Duties

You will provide technical and operational support to command staff for their records management program. You will coordinate and support the administration of the forms program at Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC). You will be responsible for the leadership and management of day-to-day operations of the records management branch and supervision of all personnel assigned to the division. You will identify emerging or existing technology solutions, program, or policy changes that can be applied to Command-wide records management functions to achieve improved efficiency and economy. You will supervise the study and analysis of the records management program including issues and program objectives of record management processes.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing studies of records management lifecycle to make recommendations and ensure agency compliance with governing regulations Federal statutes.
