About the Position: Plan, develop, monitor implementation of plans, policies, procedures, & guidance for Garrison to assist with productivity, quality management, & organization improvements for PAIO management. Functions include Installation Status Report (ISR), Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE), & leading briefings to command leadership.
Duties
Plan and advise on implementation of new ideas, procedures, processes, methods or approaches of substantial scope, difficulty and complexity in areas of productivity, quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Insure strategic planning evaluation/assessments adequately and effectively address and measure key customer and operational requirements for on-going process improvements.
Represent the garrison in meetings with staff officials.
Develop and manage customer feedback initiatives and systems to document and evaluate results of productivity and quality management programs and installation improvement activities.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
