About the Position: This Management Analyst position is located at U.S. Army Forces Command, 1st Armored Division with duty location of Fort Bliss, TX.
Duties
Serves as primary functional expert on civilian personnel actions, and as primary liaison with the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC).
Participates in the evaluation of higher headquarters policy changes for impact in order to assess current policies or provide implementing guidance to the activity.
Analyzes Directorate missions, management objectives and organizational goals, projecting personnel needs and potential problems.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.

Your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience involves conducting studies and surveys to provide recommendations on manpower utilization that involve staffing requests, reorganizations, mission changes, manpower allocation readjustments AND/OR other manpower related functions.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
