About the Position: This Management Analyst position is located at U.S. Army Forces Command, 1st Armored Division with duty location of Fort Bliss, TX.

Duties

Serves as primary functional expert on civilian personnel actions, and as primary liaison with the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC). Participates in the evaluation of higher headquarters policy changes for impact in order to assess current policies or provide implementing guidance to the activity. Analyzes Directorate missions, management objectives and organizational goals, projecting personnel needs and potential problems.

• Must obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
