Duties
This position is located in the Office of Small Business (OSB). OSB is responsible for strategic sales and marketing of all EXIM Bank programs, products and services. This position will service as a Regional Director within our Reginal Sales Division.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience (Credit for Specialized Experience on resume must reflect 40 hours/Full-time per week for each period of work):
GS-12: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the Federal Government. Specialized experience includes:
Experience selling and promoting services, manufactured capital goods and consumer goods;
Experience in and/or knowledge of trade finance including working capital loan facilities and international risk mitigation techniques like export credit insurance; AND
Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) database system to manage client interactions
GS-13: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal Government. Specialized experience includes:
Experience selling and promoting services, manufactured capital goods and consumer goods;
Experience in and/or knowledge of trade finance including working capital loan facilities and international risk mitigation techniques like export credit insurance; AND
Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) database system to manage client interactions; and
Experience in international payment terms and international shipping terms
Education cannot be substituted for experience at the GS-12 or GS-13 grade levels.
